What types of payment do you accept?
Types of payment accepted are Paypal, money orders, and checks. Checks will first have to clear before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. For international orders, payment must be through Paypal. Email us at info@contemporarycovers.com for shipping fees.
How much is shipping in the U.S.?
- For orders up to 34.00, shipping is 3.25
- For orders 34.01 to 49.99, shipping is 5.50
- For orders 50.00 to 74.99, shipping is 7.00
- For orders 75.00 to 99.99, shipping is 8.00
- For orders 100.00 to 124.99, shipping is 9.00
- For orders 125.00 to 149.99, shipping is 10.00
- For orders 150.00 to 200.00 shipping is 11.00
Where can I purchase pillow inserts?
Pillow inserts can be purchased in fabric stores, some craft stores, upholstery stores, the craft department at Walmart, Pottery Barn, and on Ebay. Ebay sells some better quality inserts with polyester filling or feather/down.
Do you make other custom items?
We often are asked if we make window treatments, bed coverings, and other larger items. Unfortunately, we do not take orders on these type of items.
What is your return policy?
If you need to return an item, please email us first. A refund will be given minus any shipping/handling fees and a 10% restocking fee. Covers must be returned in the same "new" condition--this means no smoke odors or pet hair. Returns must be within 7 days. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
How should I clean my covers?
Most of the cotton fabrics can be washed on a gentle cycle/cold water and left to air dry. Some cotton fabrics are treated with a stain/soil repellent and are recommended to be dry cleaned. Upholstery covers should be spot cleaned or dry cleaned. All of them can be ironed. Specific directions will be sent with each order.
